Withdrawal

We require four weeks’ advance written notice if you want to withdraw your child from our family Child Care.

If this notice is not given, parents will be required to pay the parent fees for the four weeks in lieu of the notice. This notice does not include our holidays or weekend.

We reserve the right to terminate services to parents if:
• Fees are not paid.
• Non-compliance with our family Child Care policy
• Repeated late pick-up of your child.
• Abusive language or behavior to us or our staff
• Behaviors which put children’s safety in jeopardy
